Terms and Conditions
Ticket prices are for event admission at the event times only, as indicated on the tickets.
Tickets are not refundable.
All ticket prices are in Canadian Dollars.
There are no additional fees, taxes or surcharges added to the ticket price.
All performances are at Bragg Creek Centre, 23 White Ave., Bragg Creek, AB T0L 0K0
All Bragg Creek Festival seating is General Admission.
Unused tickets are the responsibility of the patron, not the presenter (Bragg Creek Country/Bragg Creek Performing Arts/Bragg Creek Community Association)
When using our online ticket system, at any time until you confirm payment, you can cancel individual line items or the entire order.
We will no longer mail tickets for online purchases. We ask that customers purchasing tickets online, print their tickets and bring them to the performance. You can print the tickets immediately after payment confirmation or print the tickets from the ticket purchase confirmation email.
For tickets purchased online, you can sign into Tix and reprint tickets. Ticket bar codes will be scanned at the door to avoid duplicate ticket usage. Tix will also send you an email with a link to your tickets.
Meals and beverages are NOT included in the ticket prices. Beverages and snacks are available for purchase at Bragg Creek Country concerts
Online tickets will be available until a show is sold out or until 2 hours prior to the performance.
